This is an acknowledgment of your participation as a vendor at Maryland's Jeep Club Annual Fundraiser. I understand that there is $10 fee to participate and will consider a donation of a product or service to support MJC's fundraiser, and this form submission is to reserve a 10x10 space for my business.

1. I am participating in this event at my own risk.
2. I understand that Maryland's Jeep Club, its officers, and volunteers will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event.
3. I release Maryland's Jeep Club, its officers, and volunteers from all liability arising from my participation in the event.
4. I understand that there is no electricity provided to the vendor space, and I agree not to use generators.

By checking out, I acknowledge I have read and understood the terms outlined above, and I agree to abide by them.
